I'm working exclusively with a well‐regarded builder in South Australia to secure a Senior Project Manager to join their Adelaide team. You'll step into a key leadership role, delivering major projects valued $70M+ across sectors including education, retail, hospitality and aged care.
Relocation package is on offer for the right candidate. This isn't a FIFO role.

The Role
* Lead the end‐to‐end delivery of complex $70M+ projects
* Oversee programme, budget, risk and stakeholder management
* Drive strong client relationships and project outcomes
* Mentor and develop Project Managers and site teams
* Work closely with internal leadership on strategy and delivery
* Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial projects ($70M+)
* Background across sectors like education, retail, hospitality or aged care
* Strong leadership skills with a hands‐on approach to delivery
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive outcomes
* Team‐first mindset with a passion for mentoring others
