Your new role
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in delivering accurate and timely financial information to support strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing monthly management reports and variance analysis
* Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
* Maintaining and improving financial controls and processes
* Partnering with operational teams to provide financial insights
* Supporting year-end and audit requirements
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will be a qualified or part-qualified accountant (CA/CPA) with strong experience in management accounting. You will demonstrate:
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Advanced Excel capability and ERP system experience
* Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
* A proactive approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
