About the Role:
This is more than a sales associate position — it's a pathway to becoming a full-time Selling Agent. You'll work directly with the Principal, gaining hands-on experience and mentoring in all facets of the real estate process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Principal with day-to-day tasks and sales preparation
* Support listing presentations, property marketing, and buyer follow-up
* Prospect for new clients and build relationships in the local area
* Coordinate open homes, property viewings, and database management
* Learn sales negotiation, client engagement, and contract processes from the inside out

* A current Real Estate Certificate or willingness to obtain one
