About the Role:
* Maintain, test and repair diesel engines, transmissions, brake systems and Hydraulic systems on vehicles and other heavy plant machinery/equipment.
* Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, transmissions, engines, and other parts of vehicles, and other heavy plant machinery/equipment.
* Do routine maintenance, such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and parts on vehicles and other heavy plant machinery/equipment.
* Undertake inspections, assessments and maintenance on Vehicles, and other heavy plant machinery/equipment.
Key Requirements:
* A minimum of 4 years' experience as a qualified Diesel Mechanic.
* Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or relevant qualification.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
