We're on the hunt for a Customer Service Team Member who loves a good chat, can solve problems with a smile, and knows how to turn a "meh" day into a "heck yeah" moment for our customers.
What You'll Be Doing
* Being the friendly voice behind Workwearhub — phone, email, chat, you name it
* Helping customers find the right gear, sort out orders, and answer any tricky questions.
* Working with our awesome warehouse and sales teams to make sure everything runs smoothly as steel‑capped boots.
* Spotting ways to make our service even better — because "good enough" isn't our style.
What You Bring
* A genuine love for helping people (and maybe a bit of banter, too).
* Excellent communication skills — clear, friendly, and confident.
* You're organised, reliable, and cool under pressure.
* Experience in customer service, retail, or eCommerce is a plus — but personality wins every time
* Basic computer skills are required for this role.
