* Senior-level experience in financial services is preferred, ideally with a strong background in automotive and/or motor claims, managing client relationships and leading high-performing teams with strategic vision.
* Collaborative business planning, persuasive negotiation, and influencing are key skills for creating partner-centered solutions through data analysis and financial insights.
* Deep knowledge of insurance products and legislation enables understanding market needs and guiding business development opportunities that enhance organizational growth.
