* Take responsibility for your specific section of the kitchen, managing daily operations and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Recent experience in a la carte dining.
* Strong culinary skills and attention to detail.
* Possess qualifications in Kitchen Production and knowledge of kitchen operations.
* Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards.
