Hourly Rate: $45.53 – $51.17 per hour (depending on experience and level)
About the Role
Busy Bees at Port Kennedy is looking for an experienced and motivated Centre Director to lead our service. With a licensed capacity of 86 children, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supporting your team, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for children and families.
Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of educators to deliver outstanding care and education
* Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), EYLF, and ACECQA requirements
* Oversee enrolments, occupancy, rostering, and budgeting
* Build strong, lasting partnerships with families and the local community
* Collaborate with the Educational Leader to drive continuous improvement and high-quality curriculum delivery
* Promote Busy Bees' values of Care, Quality, Service, and Value
What You'll Need
* Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
* Proven leadership experience in a childcare or early education setting
* Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and compliance frameworks
* Current Working with Children Check (WA)
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
* Full Australian working rights
