Diagnostic Technician Job Overview
As a key member of our Nissan service and repair team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by performing high-quality service and repair work for customer vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for carrying out vehicle repairs and maintenance according to the repair order, planning jobs for maximum efficiency, and making recommendations for additional work based on diagnostics.
* Carry out vehicle repairs and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
* Plan and manage jobs efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver results.
* Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify vehicle issues and make recommendations for additional work.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will ideally possess a mechanical trade qualification or vehicle repairers license, valid Australian working rights, and an Australian driver's license. Strong communication skills are also essential.
