About the Role
We're currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Belmont-based Operations Division. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage a variety of exciting engineering projects — from estimation through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed quotes and estimations based on project requirements
* Develop and manage production documentation and quality assurance processes
* Coordinate with workshop supervisors and leading hands to set production priorities
* Work closely with subcontractors and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution
* Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables from start to finish
About You
* Understanding of QA processes, mechanical drawings, and contract documentation
* Previous experience with estimation of Fabrication and Welding
* Strong coordination and communication skills
* Detail-focused, hands-on, and driven to deliver results
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems
