As the
HR Manager
, reporting directly to the Director, you will play a key role in building, supporting, and maintaining a strong and compliant workforce.
This role is responsible for end-to-end
recruitment
, ensuring the organisation meets
NDIS compliance
and quality standards, overseeing
HR policies and procedures
, and managing
company assets
. You will support a respectful, person-centred workplace culture while ensuring compliance, governance, and best-practice HR processes across the organisation.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a sound understanding of NDIS requirements, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to people management, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
* Strong understanding of NDIS compliance and regulatory requirements
* Experience managing company assets and internal systems
* Ability to develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures
* High attention to detail with a strong compliance and governance focus
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and report directly to the Director
Certifications
* Certificate IV in Human Resource Management or
* Diploma of Human Resource Management
