We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to lead high-quality, person-centered care through clinical oversight, risk identification, and care plan development. The role involves monitoring residents’ wellbeing, mentoring team members, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives. Strong collaboration with the care team and timely reporting to the Care Manager are key to success in this role.
We have opportunities for employment types: part time and casual.
AHPRA Registration as a Registered Division 1 Nurse
Bachelor of Nursing qualification
Proven experience in clinical assessments and care planning
Strong problem-solving skills, particularly with moderate to complex clinical issues
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
Ability to role model organizational values and positive behaviours
Solid understanding of ANACC, including reporting and charting requirements
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Experience within a residential aged care setting.
