This is an advanced clinical-engineering role requiring deep technical expertise in wheelchair seating biomechanics and powered mobility systems.
You will:
* Lead technical input into complex seating and postural management assessments
* Design, customise, and modify seating and mobility systems
* Develop bespoke mounting solutions, alternative drive controls, and positioning adaptations
* Analyse biomechanical alignment, pressure management, and functional access
* Provide commissioning, configuration, and advanced programming of powered mobility systems
* Produce high-level technical documentation supporting complex AT funding submissions
You will work in partnership with senior clinicians while maintaining engineering independence and responsibility for safety, compliance, and system integrity.
