This role will suit Project Coordinators / Project Analysts / Project Officers / PMO Analysts
Primary responsibilities to include
Administrative and operational support across the IT portfolio
Support project and program planning, tracking and reporting ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
Maintain centralised documentation and dashboards
Ensure adherence to PMO governance standards
Assist with portfolio reports, milestone tracking and resource utilisation
Support the use of project management tools including JIRA, MS Project and SharePoint
Work closely with and support designated Project and Technical Delivery Managers
What you will need to succeed
Recent PMO experience
Proven experience in a support or coordination role in an IT or Technology environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Outstanding communication skills and a proactive approach
Ideally JIRA, SharePoint and Power BI knowledge or experience
Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile
