About the Role
The Handyman Supervisor is accountable for organizing and conducting general maintenance, repairs, preventive works, contractor supervision, and ensuring the property operates safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily maintenance and repair tasks across the property
* Carry out regular maintenance checks and scheduled servicing
* Assign tasks to contractors and oversee external trades
* Respond promptly to guest room and building maintenance requests
* Maintain maintenance records, registers, and safety documentation
* Report major issues to Operations/Hotel Manager with clear recommendations
* E nsure WHS compliance and maintain a safe working environment
* Support in budgeting and managing tools, supplies, and equipment inventory
This is a full-time on-site role, and the successful candidate must be available to work weekends and public holidays when operationally required.
