* Mentor and support junior planning staff, providing clear guidance and feedback.

* Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposals and client engagement strategies.
About You:
* Tertiary qualification in Urban and Regional Planning.
* In-depth knowledge of WA statutory and strategic planning frameworks.
* Strong report writing, presentation, and communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outcomes.
* Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
