Who We’re Looking For
Our ideal candidate is someone who:
* Is willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (if applicable), NDIS Worker Screening, and has eligibility to work in Australia.
o Has a valid P2 or Open driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, registration, and insurance (travel within Ipswich required).
o Is willing to obtain First Aid and CPR certifications.
o Is willing to obtain NDIS certifications for Supporting Effective Communication and Safe & Enjoyable Meals.
o Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and strong boundaries, with excellent documentation and computer skills.
o Has experience in person-centred, trauma-informed, and rights-based approaches to disability support.
