Job Description
- Operational Leadership
- Lead enterprise security operations across network (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS) and endpoint (EDR, antivirus, DLP) domains
- Manage SIEM, log analysis, and alerting tools to ensure visibility and control
Delivery & Governance
- Oversee cybersecurity application delivery and BAU operations
- Ensure SLA compliance, ticket hygiene, and service quality across ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
Incident & Problem Management
- Lead Major Incident Management (MIM), root cause analysis, and problem resolution
Security Governance
- Ensure secure SDLC practices and DevSecOps integration
- Maintain compliance with OWASP, ISO 27001, NIST, and other frameworks
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as primary liaison for client stakeholders, providing updates on incidents, risks, and performance
Continuous Improvement
- Drive automation, process optimization, and proactive problem prevention
The Successful Applicant
- 6+ years in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong hands-on engineering experience in network and endpoint security
- Proficient in Cisco and Microsoft Defender
- Experience in enterprise-scale environments, ideally within Enterprise level IT & Telco industry
- Skilled in incident response, risk assessment, and control validation
- Familiar with SIEM tools, Splunk, and ITSM platforms
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Autonomous, accountable, and self-motivated
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage client relationships
