Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our Wellbeing & Engagement Team as a Senior Social Worker or Educational Psychologist.

Key Responsibilities:
* To provide therapeutic assessments and trauma-informed interventions for students who have experienced complex trauma.
* To develop and implement strategies to support students with social/emotional and cognitive disabilities.
* To work collaboratively with teachers, families, and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* A knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values.
* A well-developed understanding of social/emotional and cognitive disabilities.
* A Psychology qualification (Master or Doctorate level) preferred, or a relevant degree in Social Work.
* A valid and current Driver's Licence; Satisfactory Criminal History Check; Valid Employee Working with Children Check; Valid and current NDIS Workers Screening Check (for risk assessed/client facing roles).
