The role
We represent a major Australian law firm comprising lawyers across a number of Australian offices, and including a significant global network.
The team advises across the full lifecycle of construction disputes, acting on litigation, arbitration (both domestic and cross-border), adjudications, and a range of contractual dispute processes.
Working closely with experienced partners and a diverse client base, you will play a hands-on role in managing matters, engaging directly with clients, and contributing to the overall success of the practice.
This is a great opportunity for a driven and talented SA who wants to be part of a growing and busy team with genuine progression opportunities in a market-leading practice.
About you
You will be an SA with most likely 5 years' post admission experience in back end construction law.
In addition, you will have:
* Strong technical capability across litigation, arbitration, and adjudication
* A genuine interest in the construction and infrastructure sector
* The ability to run matters with a degree of autonomy while remaining a team player
* Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
* A desire to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team development
