, part of the Medibank Group, is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Operational Assurance Coordinator to drive continuous improvement initiatives across our national services and programs. These initiatives are focused on efficient, high-quality, and human-centered service experiences and care.
We’re especially keen to hear from candidates with a clinical background or experience in the health industry—your insight into service delivery and patient care will be invaluable as we refine processes that directly impact frontline teams.
What You’ll Do
- Support operational teams across Amplar Health with process design, training, and change management
- Coordinate and contribute to the rollout of new services, systems, and technical solutions—including CRM and telephony platforms
- Investigate inefficiencies and redesign workflows that directly impact clinicians and patient outcomes
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, from escalation pathways to consent processes
- Collaborate across clinical, commercial, and tech teams to embed scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions
- Use tools like Jira, Planner, and Miro to manage projects and track progress
- Translate complex business needs into explicit, actionable processes and training resources
- Articulate the value of operational solutions and support recommendations for investment
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in project coordination, training development, and operational support
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner, OneNote)
- Ability to learn systems quickly and connect them to business processes
- Adaptability, curiosity, and a proactive mindset
- Experience in process mapping, change management, and adult learning design (desirable)
- Clinical or health industry experience strongly preferred
