HEAD COACH (BFT GEELONG)

About the Role
As Head Coach, you’ll play a critical role in setting the tone within the studio.
You’ll be responsible for delivering high-energy sessions, leading and developing the coaching team, and ensuring a consistently high-level member experience.
This is not just a coaching role; it’s a leadership position. You’ll be expected to take ownership, drive accountability, and contribute to the ongoing growth and performance of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding group training sessions
* Lead by example on the floor with energy and professionalism
* Support, mentor, and develop coaching staff
* Maintain high standards across all sessions and member interactions
* Contribute to member retention and overall studio performance
* Assist with day-to-day studio operations and team communication

* Proven experience in group fitness coaching
* Strong leadership qualities and the ability to lead a team
* Confident, energetic, and professional presence
* Highly reliable and consistent
* Availability across early mornings, evenings, and weekends
* A genuine passion for member results and experience
