As Commercial Lead Vaccines Denmark within our Vaccines North Europe team, you'll lead our vaccines Business Unit with overall responsibility for strategy development, implementation, and business growth across the Danish market.

Main responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive vaccines business strategy for Denmark, aligned with North Europe and Global priorities
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business targets and drive sustainable growth
Partner with national Health Authorities to ensure optimal vaccine access and coverage
Spearhead pricing, reimbursement, and tender strategies for the vaccine portfolio
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the Danish healthcare ecosystem
Foster a culture of innovation and accountability while ensuring compliance with regulations
Drive evidence-based immunization policies that protect communities
About you
Main Requirements:
Experience:Minimum 8+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical/Vaccines industry with progressive leadership responsibility
Demonstrated experience in Market Access, Public Affairs, or commercial roles within the healthcare sector
Strong understanding of the Danish healthcare system and immunization landscape
Experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships
Skills: Strategic thinking, strong business acumen with proven track record in strategy development and execution, stakeholder management, business development, project management, organizational skills and team leadership capabilities (collaborative leadership style with ability to work across functions and cultures)
Education: Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field
Languages: Fluent English required; Danish language skills are a strong advantage
