Job Description:
This role involves providing administrative, financial and human resources related support across Executive Directorate. The key responsibilities include timely research and support services, processing payments, monitoring budgets, report creation, asset maintenance, verification of financial data and more.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice to staff on human resource, administration and financial legislation, policies, practices and procedures. This includes organising procurement of operational goods and services, capital items, planning and management of assets with established guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise with internal and/or external clients, business units and develop effective working relationships.
