About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join the team at our Sheridan Parkside Outlet. This is a part time position at 22 hours/week.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through meaningful interactions with Sheridan customers
* Sell premium products, highlighting features, benefits, and care instructions
* Ensure all stock is merchandised and presented to a high standard
* Process and replenish stock according to company standards
* Achieve sales and KPIs through consultation, service, visuals, and brand inspiration
