The position will require initiative, sound reasoning, and decision-making skills.White and Blue-collar recruitment for current projectsLiaise with Project Managers on requirements for personnel on the project.Advertisements on SEEK and other social media sites for required positions.Shortlisting candidates based on selection criteria for the position, including necessary qualifications, training, licences and experience.Screening candidates for the interview process.Conducting face-to-face/team’s interviews.Reference check candidates.Perform other organisational duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements.Take responsibility for your safety, uphold the Company OHS&E policies and participate in Company OHS&E initiatives.About you:Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources Management.5+ years’ experience in the Construction industry.Familiar with digital/social media recruitment platforms with a strong connections databaseSuperior attention to detail and excellent communication skills.Working knowledge of Recruitment Management Systems and Onboarding software e.g. ERMS etcExperience working on multiple disciplinary projects.Join a company where our RARE values—Relationships, Adaptability, Reliability, and Empowerment—create a culture that supports your growth while working on exciting projects.
