Our childcare service is looking for a passionate and experienced Coordinator to lead our OSHC team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with families and educators, and possess a valid Working with Children's Check and First Aid certification. Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential. About The Role
* Lead your own OSHC service and support local families by creating engaging programs using industry leading tools.
* Mentor educators to develop their skills and work collaboratively as a team.
* Rostering support from Area Manager and assistance with compliance documents and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operations of the OSHC service.
* Develop and implement educational programs that cater to children's needs and interests.
* Build strong relationships with families and educators to ensure a positive experience for all.
* Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote quality care and education.
