Job Title: Foreman – Class 2 Projects

With continual growth and more acquired projects, Level 33 are seeking experienced Foremen in either Structures or Finishes located in Wollongong. You will play a critical role in the delivery of Class 2 residential and mixed-use projects, working closely with our experienced site and project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

* Oversee and coordinate all site activities and subcontractors
* Ensure compliance with Class 2 construction requirements and relevant legislation
* Maintain site safety and ensure WHS standards are adhered to at all times
* Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
* Monitor progress and report to the Site Manager or Project Manager
* Coordinate deliveries, manage materials, and maintain a clean, organized site
* Assist in quality assurance and control
* Resolve on-site issues promptly to keep projects on track
About You
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Foreman, ideally in Class 2 residential, and mixed-use projects
* Strong understanding of NCC, BCA, and WHS regulations
* Trade background preferred (e.g., carpentry, formwork, etc.)
* Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* White Card and relevant site safety certifications (e.g., First Aid, Traffic Control)
* Drivers licence and own transport
