Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service by greeting and acknowledging customers in a timely manner.
* Assist customers with sales enquiries and product selection.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service.
* Offer design advice (where required).
* Maintain exceptional store condition and visual merchandising standards.
* Assist with stock transfers, ordering and receiving.
* Process payments using the POS system.
* Manage damaged stock and warranty claims.
* Answer phone calls and assist customers.
* Receive new shipments and process orders for customers.
* Deliver customer orders (as required).
Requirements
Candidates should have:
* Proven working experience in retail sales.
* A valid driver's license.
* An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
* Good computer literacy and MS applications skills.
* A proven record of meeting sales targets and exceeding expectations.
* The ability to build effective working relationships.
* Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
* A friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
