Skills and Experience might include:
* You are an experienced commercial property lawyer, with a broad practice including acquisitions and divestments, development and leasing
* You have experience in securing, negotiating and documenting property rights (eg. land acquisition, easements, potential compulsory acquisitions)
* You have experience dealing with landholders and titles
* The ability to provide timely, commercial legal advice on complex real estate matters including leasing, development, construction, property management and other asset-related issues
* You are experienced in managing and resolving legal issues, including engagement with tenants, contractors and other external stakeholders
* You have the ability to build and manage strong working relationships with senior executives and other key internal stakeholders
* You have the ability to work autonomously and prioritise
* You have a minimum of 5 years' experience
* You have a current practising certificate
