Ten-League was founded in 1998 and is an ISO & bizSafe certified turn-key solution supplier for the port, construction, civil engineering, and subterranean foundation industries. It also rents out heavy equipment and provides technical consulting services. Our equipment includes value-added engineering options that enable us to address safety concerns, boost productivity, and increase dependability upon our clients' specific requests. These options include equipment retrofitting, upgrading, modernization, fleet management, or other enhancement on equipment through the application of computer vision, sensor fusion, remote control features, autonomous navigation, etc. We began conducting business in Australia in 2023. As of right now, we have effectively served our important clients in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide with sales and after-sales support.
Tasks & responsibilities
* Our committed Service Technicians will delivery highest quality service, maintenance and repair works on the road, at our customer sites and/or in our workshop.
* Ensure 24/7 call-outs are handled promptly and work independently.
* Ensure customer service excellence by addressing customer concerns on the equipment promptly and effectively.
* Conduct installation and commissioning of equipment and/or machineries at customer's site, ensuring optimal functionality.
* Provide breakdown assistance to customers both remotely and on-site.
* Schedule and attend for routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and/or machineries to reduce downtime.
* Conduct inspection, troubleshooting, diagnostics, servicing, repair and maintenance for hire and sold equipment to customers.
* Complete detailed and timely service job reports (including but not limited to parts and consumables used) after each completed job.
* Providing training and technical support to clients to maximize the performance of their equipment.
* Work with internal business units and functions to ensure customer needs are met with efficiency and excellence.
* Monitor and record parts and consumables usage to ensure timely replenishment of stocks.
Qualifications & experience
* Mechanical Trade Certificate (All Mechanical Trades Considered) Experience with heavy equipment - port and automotive or similar areas
* Commitment to safe work practices
* Pre-employment medical check, drug and alcohol screening and reference checks are pre-requisite
