About The Role
An exciting opportunity for an Analyst has become available within the Financial Planning & Analysis team within the National Finance & Administration department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury.
This is a permanent full-time position.
The FP&A; (Financial Planning and Analysis) team is responsible for budgeting, forecasting and analysing financial performance to support strategic decision-making. As an Analyst within this team, you will assist in understanding and documenting current and future processes and help improve the way financial data is managed to support budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

What does the role look like?
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and help improve future state processes and system solutions.
Assist in mapping and documenting current business processes and dataflows within the FP&A; team.
Provide support in creating process documentation, including flow diagrams, business requirements and functional specifications, representing current and future states.
Support development, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and training on new processes and system functionalities.
Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting financial models to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
What do we need from you?
Proven FP&A; and commercial analysis experience.
Experience in process mapping, documenting, and gathering requirements to help understand current and future processes.
Experience in business process modeling tools (such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart or equivalent).
Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in utilising various reporting tools to analyse data.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate across various levels of the business.
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Remuneration
Transparent tiered salary range of $139,200 - $158,800 including Superannuation.
