The ESG Manager will collaborate with senior leadership and clients to drive sustainability goals, ensure compliance, and enhance corporate reputation.

**Main Duties**
- **Strategy Development & Implementation**: Assist indevelopment, implementation, and driving the client portfolios' ESG strategy, aligned with the overall mission and business objectives. Assist in development of clients' annual environmental strategy and report against climate risk.
- **Data Monitoring & Reporting**:Expertise in monitoring and analyzing energy, emissions, and sustainability data to track progress, identify opportunities, and optimize resource efficiency.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:Ability to work with internal teams, external consultants, and government bodies to develop and implement ESG strategies while securing stakeholder buy-in.
- **Compliance and Standards**:Stay updated on changes in ESG guidelines, policies, and methodologies and ensure compliance with environmental legislation and policy requirements.
- **Education and Advisory**:Provide guidance and training to clients on ESG-related issues. Foster a culture of sustainability and corporate responsibility.
- **Risk Management**: Identify ESG-related risks, ensuring all environmental risks are identified in clients' Risk Management Plan, develop and implement mitigating strategies.
- **Net Zero Strategy & Transition Planning**: Proven experience in developing and executing transition plans for facilities to achieve Net Zero emissions, including setting targets, roadmaps, and implementation strategies.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field.

**Experience**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of ESG reporting standards, frameworks, and regulations including GHG and Climate Active.
- Proven experience in strategy development, project management, leadership and stakeholder engagement.

**Preferred Skills**
- Strong understanding of ESG reporting standards, frameworks, and regulations including GHG and Climate Active.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex ESG topics to diverse audiences.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
