You'll offer tailored guidance across our iconic accessories and ready-to-wear collections, helping customers find pieces they'll truly love.
During the upcoming festive season, you'll play a key role in creating memorable moments in-store. From styling support to genuine connection, you'll ensure every customer feels welcomed, valued, and supported - bringing warmth and exceptional service to each interaction.
What you'll bring to Oroton
* Proven experience within retail apparel and accessories (essential)
* Strong sales skills with a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed KPIs
* A proactive mindset with the ability to learn quickly, contribute effectively, and take initiative
* Impeccable grooming and presentation in line with Oroton's brand standards
* A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Seasonal Details
* Multiple positions available Commencement date from November 2025 - February 2026
* Begin as a seasonal team member, with the opportunity to continue as an ongoing casual - and even step into permanent roles, depending on performance.
* You will be expected to work across a mixture of weekdays and weekends, including extended trading hours and public holidays over the festive period
