Your new role:
As a Psychologist within Logan Central Adult Mental Health, you will manage an allocated caseload delivering high-quality, recovery-oriented psychological services to consumers with complex mental health needs. Working within an interprofessional team, you will apply evidence-based practice, contribute to care planning and discharge processes, and support service quality, education and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering comprehensive psychological assessment, intervention and evaluation
Managing a clinical caseload using effective prioritisation and time management
Applying independent clinical judgement under professional supervision
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and service reporting
Participating in multidisciplinary meetings, case conferences and care planning
About you:
You are a motivated psychologist with a strong commitment to recovery-oriented, person-centred mental health care. You communicate effectively, work well in multidisciplinary teams and are keen to continue developing your clinical skills within adult mental health services.
You will bring:
Eligibility for general registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
Demonstrated experience or developing capability in adult mental health settings
Strong assessment, formulation and therapeutic intervention skills
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to manage a caseload within a community mental health environment
