Technology Architect is a pivotal role that combines deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and client-facing skills to design and deliver innovative solutions across multiple domains and technologies. Being part of the Engineering team, you will play a critical role in understanding client requirements, crafting tailored solutions, driving the technical aspects of the technical pre-sales, and delivering technical excellence for clients.
This role requires strong experience in detailed design, architecture, hands-on technical knowledge, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges. You will become a trusted advisor to clients, aligning their business objectives with cutting-edge technology solutions across domains such as Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail, Telecom, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Natural Resources, Supply Chain & Logistics, and more.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Architect, design, and develop end-to-end mobile and web-based solutions using native and cross-platform frameworks.
2. Participate in technical pre-sales activities, including defining approaches to solve prospects’ technical challenges and building technical solutions.
3. Implement performance monitoring tools and dashboards for application performance metrics.
4. Provide insights into emerging tools, reusable frameworks, and methodologies to drive competitive advantage.
5. Drive adoption of emerging technologies and industry best practices across domains.
6. Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless scoping and delivery of solutions.
7. Balance pre-sales solutioning and client-facing delivery excellence.
8. Experience with IoT device integration and embedded software development is an advantage.
Required Skills:
1. Proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with strong knowledge of infrastructure-as-code, networking, and cloud security.
2. Experience with fleet management of IoT devices.
3. Understanding of native Android/iOS/Web development practices and cross-platform architecture.
4. Strong knowledge of design patterns such as MVC, MVP, MVVM, Singleton, Factory, and Observer.
5. Experience with Swift/Objective-C (iOS), Kotlin (Android), Flutter/React Native (cross-platform).
6. Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and app re-architecture.
7. Experience with Android frameworks and libraries like Jetpack, Retrofit, Dagger, RxJava.
8. Knowledge of at least one hyperscaler (AWS/Azure/GCP) for backend services design and deployment.
9. Understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration.
10. Experience with version control systems (Git, GitLab, Bitbucket, Subversion).
11. Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project.
12. Ability to define and refine development processes incorporating CI/CD and DevOps practices.
