About the role: Stabilised Pavements of Australia is seeking to employ skilled operators into our business based out of Victoria. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position will be responsible for the field operation of heavy plant on projects across VIC. The role can be a mix of operating our specialised stabilisers, spreaders, watercarts and rollers. Applications will be reviewed/interviewed the week of the 6th of January 2025, with a view for an immediate start.

• Work to set instructions
• Operate machinery in a safe and technically correct manner
• Manage plant maintenance and cleanliness
• Daily reporting

• Earn up to $75,000 depending on your experience + paid overtime and allowances.

• HR licence essential
• A focus on maintaining a safe and productive work environment
• Demonstrate suitable experience in plant operation
• Prepared to travel throughout VIC (and possibly interstate)
• Experience on a variety of road construction plant and civil construction will be a distinct advantage, including tickets for Stabiliser and Spreader operations.
