Join a supportive team in our Ringwood Branch. This is a permanent part‐time position—32 hours per week—working within 25 km of your main branch.
Responsibilities
As a Personal Banking Advisor you will have key customer‐facing duties. You will assist customers with everyday banking, ask the right questions to identify and understand their needs, and hold quality conversations to create a stress‐free seamless experience.
Qualifications
* Experience in customer service, preferably with a sales component.
* Confidence in building and managing long‐term customer relationships.
* Business or financial knowledge is an advantage.
