This is a hands-on role in a small, supportive office. You'll start by learning our accounts and admin systems from our current team member, who is planning their retirement. As they step back, you'll step up—taking on more responsibility, supporting our growing sales with timely invoicing, and eventually handling customer enquiries with confidence.
This role starts part-time but is designed to grow into a full-time position (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) as you become a key part of our team.
To Start:
* Processing accounts receivable and customer invoicing using ABM
* Managing email correspondence and admin in Outlook and Word
* Organising physical and digital files and archives
* Assisting with general office tasks and supporting senior staff
As You Grow:
* Taking customer calls and building product knowledge
* Helping with order processing, shipping, and customer follow-ups
* Taking on more invoicing and accounts duties as the business expands
* Becoming a go-to person for office coordination and customer support
We're Looking for Someone Who
* Has experience in accounts receivable and office administration
* Is comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and preferably an accounting system like ABM, MYOB, or similar
* Is organised, reliable, and pays strong attention to detail
* Enjoys being part of a small team where everyone helps out
* Is eager to learn and grow
* Has a friendly, professional manner and clear communication skills
