About the role
Store Persons put safety first and are proactive in keeping the warehouse presentable and safe. Responsibilities include accurately picking, packing, and dispatching stock orders in a timely manner.
Duties
* Pick, pack, dispatch orders
* Meet deadlines
* Customer service
* Assist the team where needed
Storeroom organisation and safety
Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first and ensuring we make it safe & home
Note: This role will require lifting, bending, climbing and safe driving / machine operation.
Requirements
* Previous warehouse experience with a focus on receivables and dispatching
* High level of accuracy / attention to detail
* A current driver's licence and forklift licence (advantageous)
* Physical capacity to lift up to 20kg
* Commitment to safety and building strong working relationships
* Willing to learn
* Good communication and organisational skills
