• Manage a tidy portfolio of 120 residential properties
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants

• Previous Property Management experience
• Confident managing your own portfolio end to end
• Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
• Organised, steady and solutions‐focused approach
• Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence required

• $100,000 salary package
