Job Summary
The primary role of the Front of House support is to provide administrative assistance across our organization, focusing on phone management, document preparation, and maintaining a welcoming reception area.
* Manage incoming calls and direct them accordingly.
* Perform data entry for accounts payable and maintain accurate records.
* Engage with customers and suppliers in a professional manner, offering refreshments as needed.
* Develop documentation and formatting skills, as required.
* Ensure the reception area remains organized and clean.
* Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service delivery.
* Maintain up-to-date lists of telephone numbers and internal extensions, updating desk phones as necessary.
* Oversee office supplies and staff amenities inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
* Coordinate equipment maintenance, including printers, copiers, and scanners.
* Organize deliveries and manage courier services.
* Collect and distribute mail efficiently.
