National Fitness Manager Position

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a strategic product and program plan that sets the benchmark for industry excellence with a focus on driving revenue and profit from our fitness programs.
* Continuously enhance the operational efficiency of our current programs and ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and budgets.
* Design training frameworks that deliver sustainable capabilities to guarantee programs meet agreed objectives and surpass customer expectations.
* Grow a network of robust partnerships with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) to ensure a sufficient pipeline of new staff to meet budgeted growth and program delivery objectives.
* Identify opportunities to improve member experience and satisfaction.
* Build strong relationships with our franchisee network and ensure timely delivery of key milestones to the franchise network.
* Lead and develop a team of product specialists.

* Ability to regularly travel interstate.
