Description
As a Day Club Volunteer, you will play a key role in supporting our carers with a variety of engaging activities. You'll have the prospect to tap into your creative side by assisting participants with craft projects and helping uplift the spirits of our members. Your contributions will bring joy, create lasting memories, and make a meaningful impact on everyone involved.
In addition to assisting with creative activities, you will also assist with meal service, helping to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for participants during morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea.
You will also have the opportunity to accompany members to outdoor events, such as concerts, allowing them to enjoy new experiences and engage with the community. Your companionship during these outings will not only enhance their enjoyment but also provide them with a sense of support and security, ensuring they feel supported and safe.
