Materials Engineer
Location: VIC, AU
DSTO is seeking the services of an experienced Materials Scientist/Structural Engineer, under the supervision of DSTO staff to provide support to the independent validation and verification of JSF fatigue lives tools (IMAT) on aluminium and titanium alloys, managing fatigue experiments, undertaking quantitative fractography examinations and completing engineering reports.
Responsibilities
* Provide support to the independent validation and verification of JSF fatigue lives tools (IMAT) on aluminium and titanium alloys.
* Manage fatigue experiments.
* Undertake quantitative fractography examinations.
* Complete engineering reports.
