We are a motel located in the centre of Cairns City. We are looking for a motivated receptionist.
The Role
Working on the motel reception will require you to but is not limited to.
* Taking guest bookings through face to face, phone, and internet contacts
* Processing checks in and check outs
* Processing payments
* Processing room service
* Responding to guest enquiries
* Providing exceptional customer service
* Administration duties
* General office cleaning
* Basic repairs and maintenance
The reception area operates 7 days per week and is open every day of the year.
