About the Role
This position requires a Community Lead to ensure the smooth operation of their assigned building, foster a connected community of members, and maintain a high standard of building presentation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintenance and Operations
* Ensure the building is fully operational, report maintenance issues, and assist with resolution
* Conduct regular building checks, maintain cleanliness, and manage stock levels
2. Community Engagement
* Adhere to direction from the Community Manager, assist with daily scheduling, and onboard/offboard members
* Facilitate introductions and relationship building initiatives, have a thorough understanding of all members and companies
3. Event Management
* Assist with events setup and pack down, prepare member breakfasts and other community-based events
4. Quality Assurance
* Review service offerings and member feedback, provide suggestions for improvement, and notify the Community Manager of any possible changes to memberships
* Conduct and maintain safe work practices, ensure compliance with WHS standards, and communicate and educate members and team members
