About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and customer loyalty.
• Actively prospect and generate leads for mobile crushers and screens in the mining, quarrying, and construction sectors.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers, ensuring they choose the best equipment for their operations.
• Create and execute marketing strategies to promote Striker's equipment to new and existing markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Enhance brand image and loyalty through strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales goals with production and delivery timelines.
• Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build networks and identify current business opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing) or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the crushing and screening.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of market trends and customer needs in the mining and construction industries.
• Ability to work independently, manage your own pipeline, and deliver results.
• A technical or mechanical background is highly desirable.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
