About The Role
This is a hands-on, detail-focused People & Culture Coordinator position within the Talent Acquisition team. You'll support TA Partners, manage documentation, and ensure a smooth experience for all new starters. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR/P&C career who is sharp, organised and passionate about people and processes.
You will be the go-to person for accurate documentation, contract creation and smooth onboarding administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare employment contracts, variations and new starter paperwork
* Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time
* Manage onboarding administration and support new starter processes
* Track TA requests and coordinate with a team of five Talent Acquisition Partners
* Maintain employee records with high attention to detail
* Collate and update data in Excel (pivot tables, reporting, spreadsheets)
* Provide general People & Culture administration support
* Assist with process improvements and contribute to a positive employee experience

* Strong with attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through
* Confident with Excel (including pivot tables)
* Someone who enjoys administration and improving processes
* Smart, proactive, curious and eager to learn
* Someone who thrives in a structured role and busy team environment
Must Have
* Strong administration experience (internships, junior roles or similar)
* Good written communication and ability to produce accurate documentation
* Confidence using Excel and learning new systems
