An exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the ALH Marketing team Ready to bring new life to iconic pubs across Australia. Join our Marketing Renewals team and help rebrand, relaunch and reinvigorate venues that are being transformed into fresh vibrant local destinations.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how each renewed pub re‑enters the market – from defining its brand identity to launching engaging campaigns that reconnect the venue with its community.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop unique branding and positioning for renewed pubs/accommodation properties informed by insights from venue teams, operations and local market research.
* Support the planning and execution of launch campaigns to drive awareness and visitation.
* Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to bring each venue's story to life across channels.
* Monitor campaign performance and help identify opportunities to optimise future launches.
* Develop compelling in‑venue/digital collateral and POS.
* Act as key marketing contact for venue teams as they go through the renewals process.
* Support with creative brief writing.
* Work with internal stakeholders (operations, format, commercial) for cohesive marketing efforts.
* Maintain and embed brand standards across all marketing materials for consistent, high‑quality representation of the ALH Hotels Groups portfolio.
* Embody ALH Values and Ways of Working.
Qualifications
* Experience: 2 years working in a dedicated marketing environment.
* Tertiary qualification preferably in marketing or equivalent experience.
* High attention to detail and experience in writing briefs.
* Confidence in writing copy for digital platforms such as websites, social media and CRM channels.
* Understanding of digital and paid media channels.
* Proven ability to project‑manage marketing campaigns end‑to‑end with the ability to implement strategy into action.
* Project‑management & agile mindset/experience an advantage.
* Ability to manage set budgets.
* Proactive nature and positive mindset.
* Experience in hospitality desirable.
